Can this provide structural load-bearing support?

This bracket is not rated for load-bearing structural support. The amount of weight supported by the bracket would be determined by how the bracket is installed.

Are these maintenance free and require no staining? What are they made of?

These are made of wood (either western red cedar or douglas fir) and they will require finishing.

What are my options to install these brackets?

There aren't hooks or pre-drilled holes, so you could install them in the way that best makes sense for your project. Most customers install these brackets by being screwing them directly into the wall. I would recommend that you consult with your installer to discuss the best installation method.

How much weight can they hold?

These brackets are capable of supporting weight however, how they are installed, what they are supporting and how many are used will impact how much weight they can support. They are made from solid wood and should be capable of supporting a few hundred pounds if properly supported.

These brackets are custom since the product is built to your specifications. Once in production the order cannot be changed, modified, or canceled and unfortunately, they are also not returnable.
