What is the difference in white or bright white. Is the white more cream colored?

"White" is typically what would be considered an overall standard white color. "Bright White" is a stark, neon white. We'd highly recommend ordering the color samples, to make the right color choice for your project.

is black and tricorn black included in the color ring?

These samples are just for the vinyl shutters, and they do have a black, but not the tricorn black

What is color 81 or is it 18?

It’s 18 and the color is grey.

We do not have a vinyl color Evergreen but we do have Midnight Green and Forest Green, available. This keyring will include both.

Do you offer Peaceful blue and Hailstorm Gray in this sample?

These shutter samples are for vinyl shutters specifically, so they do not include those color samples. If you are interested in samples of those colors, feel free to contact our sales team for assistance!

Do I get all of the regular colors?

Yes, all of the colors are included.

what type of paint is needed for the paintable version?

We recommend finishing the paintable version with a high quality, latex based paint!

How many screws in a 14" x 67" shutter? How many screws in a 14" x 55" Shutter?

Both of those sizes will have 6 screws per shutter (12 per pair).

Can you paint these shutters?

There is a "Paintable" option (in the color selection dropdown menu). You would want to select that, if you'd like to paint the shutters.

is there a reference card for the shutter samples. There is a number on them but have no idea the color name.

Yes, on the reverse site of the tan card with the logo, there is a "legend " to help you identify the colors. You can also cross reference the color numbers on our site.
